Refund & Returns Policy
This policy applies to purchases made from FoxForge, operated by FoxForge (Pty) Ltd.
At FoxForge, every item is handcrafted from natural timber. Variations in grain, colour, and figure are part of the character and uniqueness of each piece.
As many FoxForge products are individually handcrafted, slight variations from product photographs should be expected and appreciated as part of the uniqueness of each item.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, products should:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, natural variations in grain, colour, knots and figure are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and include photographs of the issue.
We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or refund the item.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible, typically within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Natural Timber Characteristics
Wood is a natural material. Differences in grain pattern, colour, knots, and figure are normal and are not considered defects.
